Call for papers
Veredas (e-ISSN 2183-816X) is a biannual journal of the International Association of Lusitanistas (Associação Internacional de Lusitanistas). It is a scientific publication that aims to disseminate researchs on the literature and culture of Portuguese-speaking countries.
Veredas accepts unpublished articles, originating from original research related especially to literature, but including the dialogue with other cultural expressions, such as cinema, music, theater, plastic arts of Portuguese speaking countries. The journal is open to the most different theoretical-methodological approaches. Critical reviews of books of theory, criticism or literature published over the last three years are also received, as long as they relate to the scope of the journal.

Chamada para publicação ed. 44 (2-2025) - DOSSIÊ: Memórias Entrelaçadas: Reflexões sobre Memória e Identidade na Literatura Lusófona

O número 44 da Revista Veredas, (2025.02), convida professores e pesquisadores a explorarem as intricadas conexões entre memória e identidade na literatura contemporânea lusófona. A Memória, assim como a identidade ou as identidades, é concebida sob a influência dos diferentes sistemas culturais; por isso, este Dossiê tem como propósito um mergulho profundo nas narrativas lusófonas que tecem os fios do passado e do eu identitário, investigando para tanto as memórias que refletem e moldam as identidades individuais e coletivas. Juntem-se a nós nesta reflexão para encontrarmos nas memórias íntimas e coletivas inscritas nas personagens de narrativas familiares e históricas a complexa relação entre a memória e a construção das identidades.

Veredas: Revista da Associação Internacional de Lusitanistas has been evaluated for inclusion in Scopus by the Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB). The review of this title is now complete and the CSAB has advised that the title will be accepted for inclusion in Scopus.
